Listen & Learn

For more than 30 years, I’ve helped actors and creative teams uncover what is true beneath the surface. Today, through QSLHealing, I also help people explore identity, release inherited patterns, and build trust in their own inner knowing.

In this conversation with Dr. Rashmi Schramm, I share the personal journey that brought me to this work—from reconnecting with my biological mother after her death, to claiming my intuitive gifts, to joining Kripalu as a metaphysical practitioner.

We explore intuition versus anxiety, the wisdom of the body, and The Quantum Soul Level Healing Integration Method™—my approach to bringing integrating somatic work, ancestral healing, energy work, mediumship, Reiki, and past-life exploration together in one approach, so that change becomes something we can embody and live.

Helping people connect with their truth has been a thread throughout my work, from the rehearsal room to QSLHealing. My own journey has taught me how much courage it can take to listen to, and trust, what we know within.

In this wide-ranging conversation, I share stories from my theatre career, my experience as an adoptee connecting with my biological family, and the role intuition and spirituality have played in my life.

We also explore what comes after a moment of insight: the ongoing work of bringing that understanding into how we live, create, and relate to ourselves.

This conversation on SoulFlou Talks began before we’d even planned to record the episode! What unfolded was a candid, unscripted exploration of perfectionism, fear, and learning to trust the quiet voice within…with a few unexpected interruptions along the way.

It’s a reminder that we don’t have to be “perfect” in order to have something meaningful to share. Sometimes, the most honest conversations happen when we stop preparing and simply let ourselves be present.

Thanks to my dear friend Anne for this brilliant conversation and platform!

Whether I’m directing a room full of artists or supporting someone through transformation, the work is often the same: listening deeply, finding clarity, and learning to trust what you’re capable of.

This wonderful conversation with Susi Bloss on The Big Apple Strudel Podcast covered it all—from Broadway and the Tony Awards to creativity, personal growth, and the lessons that shape us along the way.

Because whether you’re creating art, starting a business, or navigating a major life transition, the inner work matters.

My search for my biological family lasted 35 years. When answers finally came, they brought both loss and connection—and opened a new chapter in my understanding of myself and my work.

In this deeply personal conversation I share how that journey, grief, and spiritual discovery shaped the creation of QSL Healing. We also explore the connection between helping actors find truth in a rehearsal room and helping people recognize the expectations and inherited patterns shaping their lives.

Because discovering what feels true for us is a beginning. Learning to live from that truth is an ongoing practice.

You can be successful and still feel stuck. Recognizing that, and allowing yourself to explore why, can open the door to change.

In this conversation on Empowered Conversations, I share how I found my biological family through channeling, and explore inherited patterns, identity, and The Quantum Soul Level Healing Integration Mathod™.

We talk about what it takes to trust yourself, even when your experience challenges what you thought was possible. You already know more than you give yourself credit for.

We all have doubt. In fact, it took me years to fully embrace my gifts!

In this wonderful conversation on the Alpha Mediumship Podcast, Joy Elle and I discuss intuition, fear, and what it actually means to trust our full ourselves.

You’ll hear me discuss my personal experiences of spiritual guidance, and life-changing confirmations that shaped my understanding of myself, and this work — and the powerful changes that come when we connect with, and trust, our inner guidance.

Sometimes, the person we’ve learned to be no longer feels like who we truly are. Recognizing that can be unsettling…but it can also open the door to change.

In this thoughtful conversation on Elsplend Realities, I draw on my work in theatre, film, and QSLHealing to explore identity, creativity, and the stories we carry about ourselves. We talk about belonging, trusting ourselves, and why understanding our patterns is only part of changing them.

What becomes possible when we give ourselves permission to grow beyond others’ expectations, and our own?

Being adopted has shaped the questions I ask about identity, belonging, and how we come to know ourselves.

In this conversation on Born Without a Choice, I share how reconnecting with my biological family changed my understanding of intuition and self-trust. We also explore inherited patterns, the expectations we live by, and the courage it takes to reconsider who we’ve become.

What might we discover when we give ourselves room to be different from who we’ve learned to be?

Success doesn’t always mean we feel connected to ourselves. Sometimes, even when things look good on the outside, we can feel stuck in expectations and patterns we haven’t fully recognized.

In this conversation with Okoro on The Everyday Health Struggle, I share how my experiences as an adoptee, my connection with my biological family, and my creative work shaped my approach to transformation.

We also explore my Quantum Soul Level Healing Integration Method™, which focuses on resonance, alignment, integration, and creating change that doesn’t simply remain in the mind but becomes something we can embody and live.
