Hi, I’m Leah.
From an early age I have been able to feel what others
are carrying beneath the surface, and to access realms
others cannot.
As an adoptee, this ability helped me find my biological
family, through channeling my deceased biological mother.
My siblings and I now share a beautiful relationship.
This ability to sense and connect has also been foundational
to my work as an Artist. As an Obie Award-winning theater
and film director, writer, and producer, I’ve led creative work
at the highest levels for decades. I’ve learned how to help
actors surrender, trust, commit — to hear what isn’t being said.
I’ve become skilled at guiding strong, complex individuals
toward clarity.
Even at these levels I’ve seen brilliant people — including myself —recognize a pattern yet still repeat it. Have profound realizations
and still revert to familiar cycles. This is because insight happens
in a moment. Integration happens over time. And only integration creates lasting change.
So I built a methodology
that bridges the two.
I’ve come to understand that insight alone doesn’t
reorganize the nervous system. It doesn’t update your
sense of self on its own. Once that clicked, everything
about how I work changed. The goal shifted from
transformation alone to coherence: a state in which
body, mind, and spirit resonate in alignment and
embodiment.
My work is to help you live and lead from inner authority,
and build a life that finally feels like yours.
