This work found me, once I found myself.
Now my life’s work is to help you do the same.
I was adopted at the age of five months. My family adored me. And, like many of us,
I came into adulthood with things that needed healing.
From early on, I could sense what others carried beneath the surface. My mother and Nana recognized I had a gift and encouraged me to lean into it. My Nana had her own gifts, but she once told me, through tears, that she couldn't access them the way I could.
As a teen, I shared future-life stories with friends and realized I’d been given something rare.
I grew up loved. Genuinely, fully loved. And still, something in me knew there was more to find. Not more love. More of myself, pieces that had been missing.
What I didn't yet understand was why. I inherited more than their love. I inherited their history, their patterns, and their unspoken emotional world. I lived within all of it.
And I had no idea I could feel whole in this lifetime.
For years I felt half-empty until, as an adult, I used my gifts to channel my deceased biological mother.
That experience led me to my biological siblings. People I had never known in this lifetime, yet the recognition was immediate. For the first time, I felt something that was truly mine.
Learning to integrate both the family that shaped me and the family that completed me became the blueprint for this work.
My ability to sense and connect has also been foundational to my work as an Artist.
As a Yale- and UPenn-educated, Obie Award-winning theater and film director, writer, and producer, I've led creative work at the highest levels for decades.
I've learned to help actors surrender, trust, and commit; feel into what a character carries before the words arrive; and co-create with them until that knowing lands in the body and the character becomes real.
The New York Times praised my theater work for its "incisive clarity."
That precision is central to my work.
I had to learn to bring the same focus and care to myself.
There's a particular kind of exhaustion that high-functioning people rarely name out loud.
Everything looks intact from the outside: career, relationships, the capacity to keep showing up.
But underneath, something keeps repeating.
Reactions that don't match the moment. Patterns that insight alone hasn't cracked.
I know this experience intimately. Not as a concept. As life.
Understanding what needs to change doesn’t translate into living differently.
I suspect you feel the same.
It’s not a failure of effort. It’s not a failure of commitment. It’s because
insight happens in the mind. Lasting change happens when you integrate your mind with your inner knowing, and stabilize it in the body.
That's the work we will do together.
My experience led me to build a methodology that bridges what we see with the unseen.
Insight opens the door. The body decides when to walk through.
Once that clicked, everything about how I work changed.
The goal moved from insight to coherence: body, mind, and spirit resonating in alignment.
That understanding became The Quantum Soul Level Healing Integration Method™.
It’s work that helps you feel as good on the inside as your life looks on the outside.
I’ve spent my career in high-visibility environments where pressure to perform is constant, and the things success didn't fix remain unnamed. I know what it looks like when a powerful person is running on a system that no longer fits who they've become.
I know it because I lived it.
I integrated two families.
I unified seven modalities.
I built a methodology from my own experience of what it takes for change to hold.
I value confidentiality. I do not rush this work.
That is what the Quantum Soul Level Healing Integration Method™ is. Not a concept. A lived process.
