I help people find their way back
to who they came here to be

I was adopted at five months old. My family adored me — and like most families, it also left me with things to heal. Which, I've come to understand, is true of most families.

From early on, I could feel what others were carrying beneath the surface. My mother and my Nana recognized it as a gift and encouraged it. I thought it happened to everyone. As a teen, I became acutely aware — when sharing future-life stories with friends — that this wasn’t the norm. As an adult, I found my biological family through channeling my deceased biological mother, and
we now have a beautiful relationship.

Eventually, this ability to sense and connect to universal energy became central to my work as a director, writer and producer for stage and screen. I learned how to hear what isn't being said. How
to guide strong, complex individuals toward clarity.

I became adept at helping people surrender, trust, and commit to what they're capable of.
I also had to learn to do the same for myself.

There's a particular kind of exhaustion that high-functioning people rarely name out loud.
Everything looks intact from the outside — career, relationships, the capacity to keep showing up. But underneath, something keeps repeating. Reactions that don't match the moment. Patterns that insight alone hasn't touched. A quiet sense that the person you're becoming and the internal system you're running on, aren't in sync.

I know this experience intimately. Not as a concept — as Life.

Like most of us, my life has involved navigating complex roles and identities — artist, leader, integrative healing practitioner, business owner, mother — and the discomfort of sensing that something needed to change. There were times I could clearly see where I was outgrowing an old way of operating, or where a part of me was still responding from an earlier version of myself. But knowing what needed to change didn't translate into living differently.

I spent years doing the work, and developing my abilities, across multiple modalities — somatic therapy, sound healing, breathwork, mediumship, channeling, lineage and past life exploration, talk therapy. But the pattern would return. Not because the work wasn't good.
Because no single modality addressed the full scope of what needed to shift.

What I began to understand was that these modalities are different entry points into the same work— work that demands integration, not separation.
Once that clicked, everything about how I work changed.

The goal isn’t transformation alone — it’s coherence: a state in which body, mind, and soul resonate in alignment,
and new ways of living become reliable rather than temporary.

That integration became Quantum Soul Level Healing &
The QSLHealing Integration Framework™

  • You don't have to keep functioning at full capacity while feeling scattered underneath.

  • You don't have to choose between ambition and alignment.

  • You don't have to carry emotional or generational weight in silence while still showing up at a high level.

I understand the demands of high-visibility environments and the challenges they place on leaders.
I believe nervous system steadiness is the foundation of genuine influence. I value confidentiality and discretion — deeply. I do not rush transformation. And I want you to know:

If my story resonates—

Reconnect with your Inner Light

I  often invite those I work with to look at their lives the way they might read a book.

Together, we explore the chapters that shaped them — family history, formative experiences, the patterns that developed over time, and the direction they now feel called toward.

When people begin to see how these pieces connect, something important happens.

My work helps people understand how past experiences, inherited and ancestral patterns, and future aspirations connect — enabling them to walk more mindfully into their lives and genuinely own the direction they’re heading.

Instead of acting from limiting beliefs, they begin making choices with greater awareness and intention.

From there, the deeper work begins: soul-level healing that helps people reconnect with their inner state,
where genuine, unconditional love for themselves becomes stable and lasting.

Because when the deeper layers of life are understood and integrated,
you don’t just change how you see yourself — you transform with a deeper understanding of yourself.

And that’s everything.
